Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all pinball machines sold by Pinball Adventures, whether through our website, in-person sales (new or used), or via authorized representatives/distributors. By making a purchase, the Purchaser (Buyer) agrees to all terms stated below.
- Ordering a Pinball Machine
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 is required when placing an order. Once received, your spot in the production queue will be confirmed, and you will be provided with an estimated delivery timeline.
Please note: Manufacturing times may vary between 15 to 30 days due to delays from third-party subcontractors, which are outside of our control.
- Payment Terms
Deposits (up to $1,000.00) can be made via wire transfer, cash, direct deposit, or credit card. However, the remaining balance must be paid via wire transfer or direct deposit only. We do not accept credit cards for final payment of pinball machines.
- Limited Warranty
Pinball Adventures offers a Limited Warranty, which includes telephone, email or Zoom support for diagnosis, and replacement of defective parts including shipping for up to 120 days after the machine is received. Pinball Adventures warranty does not provide service calls. All of the mechanical parts inside all of our pinball machines as easily assessable and can be removed with basic tools. Our testing menus are able to test all of the lights and mechanisms inside of the machine. Our wiring system is linked to our own matrix system that allows the owner to easily trace back any wires for testing of any mechanisms. Any owner working with our support team should be able to diagnosis any problem related to our machines.
This warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse or modifications
- Any item moved or serviced without prior authorization from Pinball Adventures
- Product Setup
Some products, including our pinball machines, require basic assembly and setup, for which instructions are provided. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper assembly or installation.
If Pinball Adventures or its authorized representatives provide setup, we assume no liability for damage to the machine or the premises (e.g., walls, flooring, doorways) during delivery or installation.
Initial Inspection Upon Delivery
When you receive your new pinball machine, we highly recommend performing a basic visual inspection before gameplay. During shipping and handling, it’s possible for nuts, bolts, or cable connections to loosen slightly due to movement.
Please take a few minutes to:

Visually inspect the underside of the playfield and cabinet

Check that all cable connections are secure

Make sure hardware such as screws, nuts, and bolts are tightened

Look for any loose or misaligned parts
This simple step helps ensure your machine operates smoothly and prevents avoidable issues down the line. If you notice anything unusual or have concerns, feel free to contact our support team.
- Delivery Times and Conditions
Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to change based on product availability, payment processing time, and shipping company turnaround.
The provided delivery address must be accessible by an 18-wheeler truck. If the address is not accessible, the customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred.
The customer is also responsible for ensuring the delivery location can accommodate the dimensions of the ordered machine. If delivery is refused due to inaccessibility, the sale will be treated as a cancellation and subject to our return policy below.
- Product Inspection Upon Delivery
All machines are securely strapped to a skid and protected with wrapping, blankets, and cardboard. However, minor movement during shipping is possible.
Upon delivery, customers must:
- Unpack and inspect the item immediately and in the presence of the delivery driver
- Note any visible damage on the shipping receipt
- Contact us immediately to report any damage
During setup, it is recommended to inspect all electronic connections and verify that all bolts and fasteners are secure.
- Pricing and Quotations
Prices published or quoted by Pinball Adventures are subject to change without notice.
Written quotations are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise specified. Prices may be adjusted due to:
- Changes in specifications
- Modifications
- Quantities
- Shipping methods
- Other factors not part of the original quotation
- Returns and Cancellations
All cancellations or returns must be authorized by Pinball Adventures or its representatives.
Returns or cancellations are subject to:
- Up to a 25% restocking fee
- All shipping and return shipping costs
If delivery is refused not due to documented damage by all parties upon arrival, only 50% of the purchase price will be refunded, minus applicable shipping and storage charges.
- Collection and Legal Fees
In the event of non-payment, Pinball Adventures reserves the right to recover all reasonable costs associated with collection, including but not limited to:
- Legal fees
- Court costs
- Attorney fees
We also reserve the right to withhold further deliveries until the outstanding balance is settled.
- Agreement to Terms
By making a purchase, the Purchaser (Buyer) confirms that they have read and agreed to all terms, conditions, and store policies outlined herein.
This agreement, and any disputes arising from it, shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. All legal proceedings shall be filed and heard exclusively within the province of British Columbia.
